Problem in position control mode of indoor flight with Vicon-MAVROS system

The problem is shown in the video that when I switch to position mode, the autopilot will give error and auto disarm. I can get stable takeoff and hovering, it is just position control mode. Everything seems okay, only in MAVROS terminal, it’s printing ‘‘HP: requesting home position’’
