Multicopter crash during mission

My quad (PixFalcon, LPE) flipped and crashed shortly after taking off in mission mode.

I’ve studied the log but can’t see anything unusual that might have led to the crash.
Here is the log:

Firmware is based on master from August 23 (with changes to receive a custom mavlink message).

Since I can’t see any anomaly that would have caused the crash, I’m thinking it might have been motor failure.

Can anyone provide some insight as to what might have happened?
It would be greatly appreciated.
