Missing Horizontal and Position Accuary data

Hello

I am using UM982 Module with RTK. I am not receiving Horizontal and Vertical accuracy values.
I am having issue While using Return to launch. Vehicle is landing at higher speed than normal. In the below graph both Horizontal and Vertical Graphs are zero.

In the altitude estimate graph GPS became flat even thought it is flying.
Does missing values effect Altitude estimation?
