"Land" flight mode without GPS

I’m using PX4 without GPS (only barometer for altitude):

Airframe: Holybro Kopis 2
Hardware: HOLYBRO_KAKUTEH7
Software Version: v1.14.0
Estimator: EKF2

When I switch to Land mode, I get “No valid local position” in QGC. Is it possible to use this mode at all without GPS?
In my flight log, I have local position X,Y,Z values:

No, land mode requires position information.
