Joystics calibration

Hello, I am using a Pixhwak and MX16 RC on a VTOL, the Joystick gets recognized but when I go to calibrate it on QGC, it states: “Detected 0 joystick axes. To operate PX4 you need at least 4 axes.”
and it does not allow me to calibrate. What could be the issue?? How can I solve it??? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, what’s your PX4 version and what Pixhawk are you using? And check the parameter COM_RC_IN_MODE.
