How to enable log on pixhawk?

I want to enable log on my pixhawk.
that mean that each command that the pixhawk will get from the RC or from the ground station will be write to the log.

How to do it ?
And where i will log for the log file ? ( possible on the memory card ? )

Logging is on by default anytime you arm.
