That cause the drone to tilt at take-off

Today, we ran a flight test on another X650, PX4 V1.13Dev, with the same issue: motors 1, 3, and 4 stalled during a series of armings.

We did esc calibration before the flight test.
We observed that motor try to rotate but went into stall.

From the logs you shared, the flight controller increased the control output for Motor 1 when it malfunctioned, which proves the FC was outputting commands normally. My suggestions are as follows:

  1. Check the wiring harness connections between the flight controller and ESCs to guarantee normal communication. If your ESC supports bidirectional DSHOT, turn it on to collect motor RPM logs.
  2. Inspect the soldering of wires between motors and ESCs for cold solder joints.
  3. Check the motor to rule out jamming caused by foreign debris.
  4. If four independent ESCs are adopted, the power supply for each ESC also needs to be inspected.
