Creating custom markers for "special" waypoints in plan view

Is there a way to create a custom icon or special designator for waypoints in mission mode in qgroundcontrol. Just like how we have obvious markers for Launch and Takeoff.

I have attached a Trigger Parachute event to the third waypoint in the picture above. However, I want to create some sort of visual feedback on the map to let me know the parachute will be triggered here.

Any ideas?

I think you would have to build a version from source and include those extra icons in there.
