Norm of Magnetic Field change with direction of flight, how we can solve this issue ?

This is most likely due to a wrong calibration of the magnetometer, you should try to re-calibrate. Note that the drone needs to be completely equipped during the calibration to avoid changing the magnetic interference (batteries, payload, …).
