Calibration of ESC and Running px4 app without USB

Hi, I am working snapdragon FC and facing these two issues.

  1. whenever i tried to connect it with QGC in summary it ask for power calibration but right now i dont have any ESC. So is there any alternative of that or by setting any parameter to calibrate ESC(Earlier I done the same thing using pixhawk but there it doesnot ask for ESC ,Power automatically calibrate)

  2. In order to connect the FC with QGC i have to run px4 app using adb shell using the usb but as soon i disconnect the usb . QGC shows communication lost message , but in order to fly the drone i cant connect it with USB , so how will i run px4 app without usb.
