You might be interested to know that in the US the word bespoke is almost never used in this context and its meaning is generally unknown. The only reason I know it is because I was watching a British TV series that used it frequently (Car SOS if you must know) and finally looked it up.
FWIW “custom” is probably the word that most in the US would use to mean that.
Funny, I’m an ex-pat American in the UK now for 5 years, and when I first saw the word “bespoke” in an advert here I was intrigued, and then I started seeing it more and thought it was just a generally global fad becoming more trendy (sort of a hipster thing maybe?). Nope, just here, but it is very common. And I, too, had to look it up.
