Altitude Hold mode wobbling

Hi everyone,
We were testing our new frame co-axial H octorotor with “Octorotor Coaxial” airframe. The flying was stable in Manual mode but when it is switched to Altitude Mode it started wobbling and got out of control and crashed.
Does anyone know the reason of the crash?
Frame- Octorotor Coaxial (H)
FC- Cube orange with mini carrier board
Props- 22inch
Motors- T motor MN601s
GPS- Ublox
