Windows 7 error wgile opening gqgroundcontrol

Hi, whenever i open qgroundcontrol, on my windows 7, it says “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.”

Please kindly help, i need help urgently as this drone is needed for a remote rescue assistance effort.

64bit operating system with 4 gb ram duo core dell 2.33ghz 2.33ghz

tried other versions of qgroundcontrol, samething

Try removing the folders where QGroundControl is saving the settings, data, etc.
It’s probably easiest to search for them and then delete or rename them and then check again.
