Mavros MAV_CMD_DO_SET_ACTUATOR

Hello! Is there mavros alternative for MAV_CMD_DO_SET_ACTUATOR command.
I found this topic pub = rospy.Publisher(‘/mavros/actuator_control’, ActuatorControl, queue_size=10), but it works differently.
I am trying to simulate using servo in QGC ActuatorOutputs setting Channel 5: Peripheral via Acutator Set 1
