What cmake setup is used for the latest stable build for pixhawk?

I was trying to test px4flow position hold using pixhawk fc and it works just fine with the latest stable build downloaded from Qground control.
However when I tried to build myself, it won’t work as before and very un stable in position hold with px4flow.
I build it with LPE enabled and I had to disable some other stuffs that seems irrelevent to save flash storage.
I just wonder what setup normally used for stable build.
