Subscribing to UTM_GLOBAL_POSITION

Hi all. I am using ROS Melodic on my drone. One drone is just flying without connection to an offboard controller and ROS, it has a sys ID of 1. Drone 2 I have flying and it is connected to offboard control from a raspberry pi that is running a python script with ROS Melodic. I’m trying to get the location of Drone 1 with sys ID of 1 so that I can use its position for drone 2 to fly to. Anyone have suggestions for how I can achieve this? Thank you!
