Schematic for Connecting Pixhawk Cube to FrSky Telemetry with X8R

Hello everyone!

I’m trying to create a custom carrier board for the pixhawk cube. I want to use a FrSky X8R radio, and I don’t want to buy a custom converter cable like the one here: http://www.craftandtheoryllc.com/store/ct-telemetry-cable-for-frsky-radios/

Does anyone know what the schematic for that cable is so I can lay that out on my custom board?
