Question About EKF2_GPS_DELAY

Hello Guys,

I have a question about the parameter EKF2_GPS_DELAY, from where exactly this value come from?

In almost every GPS Receiver the time accuracy is in micro or even nanoseconds, the default value in the parameter reference is 110 milliseconds, which looks odd.

At first I thought this value is set based on the delays caused by the GPS msg parsing or something in the software level but then I saw an older topic in which Dr. Paul said it’s based on the GPS receiver. Can anyone please help me with understanding this?
