# QGC cannot write on PX4 microsd

Hi, I’m trying to upload a mission on the pixhawk 4 microsd, however, there’s a mission error stating that “Cannot write on microsd”  
Any reason why this could happen? Really lost since I didn’t change anything, everything is fresh out of the box.  
Below is the specific error log.

FYI: This error is from the vehicle firmware side. QGC is not trying to write to anywhere.

Check your microSD. Is it work? What type of partition do you have on it? It should be FAT32
