Preflight Fail Attitude failure roll message

my pixhawk 6c mini version is v1.15.4

when the FLY wing get 1000m at 06:42 . It get failsafe message “Preflight Fail Attitude failure roll” and Out of control( but i only can change it fly mode).
what is the reason. can anybody help me?
