Pixhawk Drone Crash

I am building a quadcopter for a college research project and I am having issues getting the drone to fly. The copter is on the larger side with 15 inch props. The problem with the quad is that upon take off it immediately takes a hard left as it gains altitude. The quad has no control as it gains altitude it goes inverted and into a spin and then crashes. I have been trying to solve the problem of the unstableness but have not been able to. The other problem is the controller inputs are very delayed. I have uploaded a few pictures to show what is happening to the quad on take off.

You need to upload the log file from the flight before we can say anything meaningful about what went wrong. But just an initial guess, it sounds like one or more of the motors might not spin in the correct direction compared to what the flight controller thinks they do.
