Pixhawk 6c PWM

I want to connect 6V servos to the PWM ports of a Pixhawk 6C. In previous versions the PWM line was not provided with any voltage from the board. Which was actually ok, I could provide any voltage from the BEC
Now I read in the Pixhawk 6c spec that the PWM output has nowadays 3.3 V (switchable to 5V, with opening the case  and soldering ). The BEC provides (and the servos need at least) 6V and some more miliamperes
Actually I dont want to connnect two different voltage levels (3.3V and 6V) to the same pin, and also the current is for sure not sufficient
Or is attaching the BEC output to the PWM extender is not a problem? If yes, Whats the solution ?
