entering to offboard after auto.takeoff works weird
it is fine when using setpoint_local topic after entering to offboard
but when using setpoint_raw topic they crashs I set bitmask to 4088 and everything is fine with setpoint_raw
if I don`t jump from auto.takeoff this can be tested from SITL
there might be bug in it
