I am setting up a Kakute H7 flight controller with PX4. However after flashing, there is no OSD on the video, and I cannot see the OSD menu in QGroundControl (or mission planner, but that’s been a bug for a while, and ardupilot always shows an OSD by default anyway).
From what I see the Kakute H7 does have an OSD chip, so I can’t see why there is no OSD. When I look for OSD params I find none. What could I have done wrong?
If you’re using MissionPlanner you’re probably using ArduPilot, so you might want to ask in discuss.ardupilot.org instead.
No I am using PX4. I just tried connecting using mission planner also.
Ok, I see. This is Kakute H7 v1.3? Or which one? And which PX4 version?
I might not have configured/set up the OSD right, so let’s check what needs doing, because I don’t have an easy way to test this.

Can you check what atxxxx status in the console gives you? And what is your param OSD_ATXXXX_CFG?
