In the scrips of logconv.m there is couple of functions “extractAfret” , “contains”… and some more, where can i find this functions to add to logconv.m path so it will able use it

Hi, there is no script called logconv.m in this repository. AFAIK contains is a built in Matlab function that got introduced in R2016b
