Logging Errors in Pixhawk


I am currently trying to get some research data with a Pixhawk mini in a flying wing-like model aircraft. Recently I’ve been having issues with recording data and transmitting into MATLAB files. The .mat files come with multiple unreadable entries and I believe there is no useful gyro data being logged from the pixhawk. If anyone has similar experiences or suggestions on how to fix or prevent this please let me know.
