Level horizon not staying calibrated

There was in issue with starting the MPU9250 sensor on master - could you retry current master or beta (or this RC?) https://github.com/PX4/Firmware/releases/tag/v1.5.1rc3

I did a Testflight yesterday with 1.5.1RC3 and I got the following message :“GYRO SENSORS INCONSISTENT - CHECK CALIBRATION”. I’ve done my flight anyway and tried to redo the Sensor Setup. I noted, that 2nd Level Calibration (Level Horizon) is much more sensitive to deviations from the Gyro/Accel Setup. If they are not performed on a perfectly level Surface or if Level Horizon is redone at a later stage with minor deviations to the initial Gyro/Accel Setup it will issue this Warning. Is this new in 1.5.1? I’ve never had this in 1.4.4 and earlier.

Is there a Problem between the Gyros or maybe with writing/reading Data from the Gyros of an AUAV-X2?
