Land and stop motors during a mission until pressing a button

Hi, I am flying a drone with a box, couldn’t find a way to make the mission i need.

I wish to plan such a mission -
takeoff -> go to waypoint and land -> stop motors -> (when motors shut down a person takes delivery from the box and load a new delivery in) -> return to takeoff position -> end (motors off).

Does anyone have an idea how it may be done? is it even possible using QGC mission commands or do I need to add costume command?
