Jolt with S500 / Cube+

My new drone makes little jolts in position mode, when no command is given with the RC. The log file is given here :

The jolts appear at 11:18 and 11:35.

I’m not sure I can really see them. How do the jolts look like? Are they in roll, pitch, yaw or throttle? Can you pinpoint them in the plots?

What I can see in the logs is that the roll setpoint seems to be quite twitchy and lead to pretty extreme responses, maybe it needs tuning down a bit?

Thanks a lot for your answer. It was mostly in roll. I think I have found the problem. There was backlash in the GPS mast in the roll direction. I have attached it more tightly and it is better now. I still have to tune the motors, and it will be perfect.
