Issues with landing in Position Mode!

Is there any chance of working around this issue in QGC?
The craft is bouncing when we are trying to land it…!

QGC on samsung tablet…version 3.5
PX 4 1.8.2 on a pixhack v5.

What parameters and or is it possible to solve this…we have been trying to tune this issue away but its not logical!

It could be the barometer ground effect.
