# Issues setting up pixhawk mini with receiver

I’ve just started using the pixhawk mini. I’m using a JR RG712BX receiver and using a PPM encoder to connect the RCIN. However, I’m not getting any signal through from the transmitter or out of the mainout. Not even the 5V across the power pins.

I have the same problem. I am using Futaba receivers - R6208SB and R7008SB. When I connect R6208SB to Pixhawk mini, the led glows red for a second and turns off. When I connect R7008SB, the led glows solid red but it doesn’t pair with the transmitter. But when I connect both the receivers to the normal Pixhawk, they work fine.
