How to improve positing stationary

hello,I use visual odometry to provide drone position information. when I switch to position mode and try to make drone hover. the drone could hover but seems not stationary, my log is https://review.px4.io/plot_app?log=a3a9b07a-d96d-4a24-b93c-9f3225b3c566, it seems velocity can’t follow velocity setpoint well, what parameters should I tune to make drone more stationary?
