How to feed HOME WAYPOINT to PIXHWAK autopilot from MISSION PLANNER(GCS)

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to read a mission plan from Mission Planner GCS. when I create a mission plan and click on write in the UI , the mission count value is less than the number of waypoints on the map.
when I receive the complete mission, Home Waypoint is not part of the mission plan which I received.

How do I write complete mission plan (including home waypoint) using Mission Planner.
