How to control jmavsim


I use jMAVSim for SITL simulation, without any RC and I’m a bit lost
Does someone knows a good cheat-sheet, or manual ?

I got this thanks to try and error :

  • Pitch and roll commands are on the arrow keys,
  • Z is to change the zoom mode (dynamic/manual/fixed)
  • R displays the vehicle values (sensors, rotors, etc.)

But I miss, the Yaw and Throttle commands
And a way to reset the simulation after a crash :slight_smile:

I didn’t even know you could control within jmavsim.
What about using QGC and either connecting a gamepad or enabling the onscreen joysticks?
