Hey everyone!
We’re looking for a freelance developer to help us create a custom PX4 module that can fetch and store missions from a remote API. The module should be natively integrated into PX4, following its architecture and best practices.
Tech Stack & Hardware:
- Hardware: FMU V6X RT (IMXRT1176) + TELIT LE910C1 (evaluation board)
- Network: Move&Connect
- API: Django WebSocket, MessagePack format
Mission Objectives:
Manage 4G modem TELIT LE910C1 (init & communication via UART + AT Commands or other)
Connect to Django API via WebSocket to fetch missions
Store missions on the Pixhawk’s SD card (overwrite old missions)
Ensure seamless PX4 integration (potential link with navigator, avoiding MAVLink if possible)
Implement error handling & event management (automatic restart, mission integrity checks, timeouts, etc.)
