Crash on 1.4.1 (Copter went unstable while descending)

While descending in attitude mode the copter went unstable and flipped.

Any type of feedback appreciated.


Clearly an observed runaway, which means that its either a mechanical failure or improper tuning (e.g. minimum manual throttle too low).

I am not the owner of the copter but will communicate that MPC_MANTHR_MIN could be increased to see if performance improves.
