Connection of MAVSDK python script ( Running on laptop GCS) and sending commands to Pixhawk 6C using Herelink air unit

I am trying to take heartbeat of pixhawk 6C using Mavsdk script Running on laptop through herelink air unit
But failing to establish the connection
Please help
