Communication Pixhawk with Microcontroller STM32F103C8T6 have problem , Any alternative Microcontroller to suggest to me?

I have problem when connected Microcontroller STM32F103C8T6 to pixhawk
Iam using Microcontroller for payload dropping mechanism , but when using STM32F103C8T6 it’s have problem, it’s can communicate well for sometimes but can also can’t communicate for the sometimes. Maybey can you give me any offer of Microcontroller that can communicate well to pixhawk? Thank You
