Hello fellow drone pilots:
I have a confession to make. I just deleted all of my data log files. I was trying to delete everything up to today’s data to conserve space, and when I hit the delete button, everything got deleted, even my latest data. This happened when I refreshed the log files with the analyze tool. Am I dead in the water, or is there a way to recover the data???
Likely too late to try at this point, as the more you use the device the files were stored in, the more degraded they’ll become, but if you’re still feeling up to it, try Recuva by the guys with CCleaner. I’ve used it to recover data for people who’ve wiped their drives in the past, and if you can give it a file extension, you’ll very likely get the files back if they are recoverable at all.
