660 Quad. Slow stick = ok, normal stick = crash

New to tuning here, please don’t judge :-). I have a Tarot 660 quad, I mounted the FC on some soft sponge standoffs. It is flyable as long as I make very slow movements with the sticks. If I make any kind of sudden (or just not really slow) stick movement the drone goes into wild oscillation and crash. I’m staying low and hit cutoff right before impact, no apparent damage. I’ve been reviewing and applying tuning procedures without much luck.Could someone take a look, maybe point out something obvious?
