1.16 dshot strange motor behavior

Hi,

I was using the same hardware (v5x) and config AUX/FMU for motors and MAIN/I/O for servos as it was suggested by px4 docs with multiple px4 versions 1.12 - 1.15.4. dshot1200 was used as esc protocol. I have 4 motors configuration. no esc telemetry, 2 motors with 6 inch props and 2 with 4 inch ones.

I have upgraded px4 to latest 1.16.0 and see motors works fine when I test them with QGC actuator tester. protocol is dshot600. I see motors spinning at different speeds, one makes vibration when drone is taking off.

So, is it required to use MAIN/I/O ports for motors now? What could be different in 1.16 dshot and motor config?
