XY and Yaw visual deviation

During POSCTL flight i visually noticed deviation of flight trajectory in XY (drift right) and in Yaw (drift right).

What could be the reason for this?

Hardware/Software: Pixhawk 2.4.8, Firmware stable v1.8.2.
