Visual Studio Code IDE batch script is missing in the PX4 toolchain

Hi,
I would like to edit/build the PX4 code on Windows 7/10 using Visual Studio Code IDE.
I’ve installed the last toolchain (PX4+Windows+Cygwin+Toolchain+0.3), but as I figure it out, the run-vscode.bat script is not included in this toolchain.
Where can I find it?
