Unable to remove Geofence from vehicle

I’m trying out mission/survey in jMAVSim SITL running px4 (1.6.5dev) using QGC as ground control station. I had once uploaded a geofence to vehicle but now I’m unable to remove that geofence. I tried to remove it by giving “Remove all” in plan tool “Sync”.

Another issue I face is even when a way-point is inside the geo-fence it shows Geo-fence violation message.

Take a look under safety settings. There’s a simple geofence around your home position.

Remove All from Sync should remove the geofence as well. Can you entere a GitHub issue for this?

GeoFence violation is not QGC but comes from the firmware side.
