Pixracer - ARM chip Extremely Hot

As I experiment with the Pixracer ( switching from a Pixhawk) I have been very surprised by how hot the ARM chip gets, I can’t touch it it’s so hot !

Is this normal or do I have a faulty unit?

I also noticed this. Guess the temperature is way over 60°C
