Hello i’m new to this and i’m currently learning about optical flow calculations and i have a question about the intel aero ready to fly drone optical flow sensors. On my project we’re using the Leddarone sensor but the parts haven’t arrived yet so i can’t test it yet.
My question is: Do i need a camera or px4 flow sensors to be able to calculate optical flow? Or can i just use the leddarone? I’m looking at https://github.com/intel-aero/aero-optical-flow which recommends my leddarone sensor but don’t know how it will be used. The documentation doesn’t specify other sensors but the coding has parameters for a camera.
