The IO boot loader LED keeps flashing
This is everything on my desk, with GPS plugged in and the rcvr bound to the xmtr.
The main LED flashes white (or yellow, canner tell) in a ‘heartbeat’ pattern.

That sounds fine, but the main thing you should focus on is connecting to QGC and resolving any issues mentioned (sensor calibration, RC setup, etc).
