I am wondering what is rate in the pwm system command?
is is the frequency of the PWM signal OR is it the rate of update of the pulse width?
I have 2 interpretations of rate currently
Case 1: The frequency of PWM signal is fixed. By specifying rate, you mention the rate at which pulse width changes would take effect
Case 2: The frequency of the PWM signal is the rate value in pwm system command
I would like to know which one is correct?
