Initial setup problems with Pixhawk PX4

I made two short videos, describing setup problems with Pixhawk PX4, v.2.4.8, and Mission Planner.

First one uses firmware AC 3.3.3, as suggested by technician at Aliexpress, where I bought the controller:

The second uses the most modern version of firmware, which is 3.6.7:

Any clues about this problem?
