Implementation of Pixhawk2 on a fixed wing 12 feet wing span traditional plane

Hey guys!
I am a hobbyist working on a fix wing type plane. This is a fly worthy aircraft made from balsa and it is powered by a small engine. I wish to utilize the px4 platform for various autopilot features like attitude hold, altitude hold and waypoint navigation. I want an expert advice on its use. Do you guys think it is a good idea to use this autopilot platform on an engine powered aerial platform?
please share if you have related experience or if you think its a bad idea…

Almost certainly it could be used but you would need to consider how to protect the flight controller from the vibratrions caused by the engine. Engines generally cause far more vibration than electric motors. You would also want to ensure that the engine and throttle range is well setup to prevent it cutting out.

Hello Dear,
Thank you so much for your kind reply.
Can you please suggest me any way of preventing the controller from engine vibrations.
